Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Open DoneYet.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Under Danger zone, tap Delete account permanently.
5. Type DELETE exactly as shown, then confirm.

You may be signed out automatically when deletion completes.

Can’t access the app?

Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We may ask for reasonable verification before processing the request.

What happens to your data

We delete or anonymize personal data tied to your profile and auth account as implemented in our systems, including your profile details, verified phone number, and skill or interest tags.

Content you contributed to a group (such as tasks and comments) generally stays with that group in de-identified form so the group remains usable after you leave; owned groups are transferred or removed as appropriate. Limited retention may apply for legal compliance, safety investigations, or short-lived backups. See our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel auto-renew in your store’s subscription settings if you have an active DoneYet Pro plan.
